Heavy Duty pH Neutral Floor Cleaner

DESCRIPTION
Specially formulated to restore no/low maintenance flooring back to its original appearance. Its neutral pH will not damage or fade the colors of these flooring types. When used as directed, this product can be used to remove finish or to prepare no/low maintenance flooring to accept finish.

DIRECTIONS

For use as a HD Cleaner or for preparing floors to apply finish: Dust mop or sweep to remove loose soil. Dilute 4 oz. of product per gallon of water. Apply solution to floor using a mop or automatic scrubber. Allow the product to dwell for 4 minutes but do not allow to dry. Agitate floor with a cylindrical auto-scrubber, cylindrical floor machine, or a low-speed floor machine equipped with a soft nylon brush, blue, or green floor pad. Remove the solution from the floor with a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow floor to dry completely. The floor is now ready to accept finish if desired.

To remove floor finish: Dust mop or sweep to remove loose soil. Dilute 32 oz. of product per gallon of water. Apply solution to floor using a mop or automatic scrubber. Allow the product to dwell for 5 minutes but do not allow to dry. Agitate floor with a cylindrical auto-scrubber, cylindrical floor machine, or a low-speed floor machine equipped with a soft nylon brush. Do not use a black, brown, or prep pad as this could damage the floor. You can also agitate manually with a deck brush. Remove the solution from the floor with a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow floor to dry completely.
